Reset your dashboard sign-in
Seeing Error 1101 after signing in? Your browser is holding old,
dead sign-in cookies. Clearing them once fixes it for good.
- Chrome: copy this into your address bar and press Enter:
chrome://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=here.now
Click Delete displayed data. Then repeat with search
ascendsecrets and delete that too.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data →
search
here.now → Remove → repeat for ascendsecrets.
- Reopen the dashboard and sign in fresh (button below). Don't reuse sign-in links
from old emails.
Why: the dashboard host invalidates old sessions when data republishes; a fresh
browser re-signs-in silently, but leftover cookies from before 7 Jul crash their server
instead. One clear-out and you're clean.
